Role Summary
The Executive, Academic Health System Strategy is responsible for supporting the Managers in driving best practices and strategic improvements across medical specialties. This role plays a crucial part in the development and operational execution of projects aligned with the Academic Health System and Centre of Excellence.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Centre of Excellence frameworks.
- Manage and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Support policy initiatives to enhance healthcare services.
- Ensure smooth operational execution of projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.
- Drive best practices across medical specialties.
- Facilitate meetings and project coordination efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration or related areas.
Experience in coordinating projects and managing meetings.
Familiarity with Centre of Excellence concepts and accreditation standards.
Basic understanding of digital health tools and data platforms.
