The Executive - Account & Finance (HR Shared Services) is responsible for managing the full set of accounts functions within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while supporting the overall financial health of the company.

As an Account & Finance Executive, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing accounts, preparing invoices, and assisting with accounts payable functions. You will work closely with auditors and tax teams in a collaborative environment to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts functions, including preparation and issuance of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist in Accounts Payable functions and follow up on past due invoices.
• Prepare monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Liaise with auditors and tax teams to facilitate audits and tax compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management.
• Participate in quarterly tax planning and reporting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
