The Executive, Account Payable is responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in tax computations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and compliance within the healthcare sector.
Job Description
As an Executive in Account Payable, you will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising with various stakeholders to uphold financial standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in tax computations.
- Perform reconciliations for cash and bank transactions.
- Liaise with external parties regarding financial matters.
- Assist in stock take activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Document policies and procedures for financial processes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor of Accounting
Preferred Professional Accounting Certification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA Australia, MBA)
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management within the healthcare industry
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Malaysian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act 1967
Strong time management and organizational skills
