Executive, Aftermarket (E&T) – Sime Darby Motors

The Executive, Aftermarket (E&T) is responsible for managing sales for Caterpillar Industrial Engines and Generator aftermarket business across all branches. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth and supporting branches to achieve their targets and KPIs through effective market analysis and collaboration.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day sales management activities, preparing reports, and forecasting to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with various branches to ensure alignment in achieving sales targets and maintaining market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales for Caterpillar Industrial Engines and Generator aftermarket business.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support business planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and support branches in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer data, and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain sales and product information resources.
• Promote parts campaigns and nationwide promotions.
• Train customers and product support specialists through CAT Care Schools.
