The Executive Assistant, Group Legal & Advisory is responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team. This role involves liaising with stakeholders and managing confidential documents in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will engage with various stakeholders to gather essential information on agreements and maintain a comprehensive database. You will assist in reviewing agreements for stamp duty, support stamping submissions, and compile all stamped instruments into a structured database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather information on agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of legal documents.
- Assist in reviewing agreements for stamp duty compliance.
- Support the submission process for stamping agreements.
- Compile all stamped instruments into a structured database.
- Help develop a standardized master agreement listing framework.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
SPM qualification.
Preferably with administrative, documentation, or compliance exposure.
Strong integrity and ability to manage confidential documents.
Clear disciplinary record.
Willingness to commit to a secondment duration of 3 months with a potential 3-month extension.
