
The Executive - Campus Central is responsible for providing excellent customer service through a wide range of student and academic administration services. This role supports the Manager or Assistant Manager of Campus Central and serves as the first point of reference for student administration inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
In this role, you will engage with students, parents, and staff, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic educational environment. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on enhancing the student experience and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline.
Fresh graduates or those with administrative working experience in an educational institution.
Good command of English.
Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
