Role Summary
The Executive, Corporate Planning & Strategy is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive long-term growth for KPJ Healthcare. This role involves collaborating with various teams and conducting market research to support the company's strategic objectives.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve formulating strategic plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct market research and prepare recommendations for senior management to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the formulation and refinement of the company's strategic plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution
- Monitor strategic initiatives and milestones
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior management
- Maintain good rapport with all stakeholders
- Assist in performance management at the enterprise level
- Facilitate strategic initiatives and Board Paper proposals
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate planning or strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
