Role Summary
The Executive, CR, Kwan & Brigade Wakaf is responsible for assisting in the monitoring of Klinik Waqaf An-Nur operations and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting various administrative tasks within the organization.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve data compilation, report preparation, and coordination of CSR activities. You will work closely with the Head of CR & KWAN and participate in meetings with partners to enhance stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring Klinik Waqaf An-Nur operations.
- Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support CSR activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the Head of CR & KWAN in administrative tasks.
- Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communication/Office Management or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience.
Experience in initiating and managing CSR programs.
Strong leadership qualities and self-initiative.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
Interest in CSR programs.
Ability to manage various stakeholders.
