The Executive, Digital Marketing will manage and enhance the hospital's digital presence across social media platforms. This role involves developing a comprehensive social media strategy, engaging with patients and the public, creating informative content, and ensuring all communications reflect the hospital's credibility and professionalism. The position also includes monitoring performance metrics and optimizing content strategies based on data insights.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management; healthcare industry experience is an added advantage
Strong design and video editing capabilities (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for healthcare audiences
Good understanding of healthcare communication ethics, patient confidentiality (PDPA), and regulatory sensitivity
Ability to liaise effectively with medical professionals and translate clinical information into public-friendly messaging
