Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive for AirAsia MOVE, you will engage in daily activities that include planning, launching, and monitoring various marketing campaigns. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer engagement initiatives.
  • Execute CRM campaigns for various Lines of Business.
  • Perform A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze results.
  • Provide data-driven insights to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for campaign planning.
  • Monitor local market behaviors to inform strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in CRM or digital marketing roles.

Previous experience managing campaigns on platforms like CleverTap, Emarsys, or MoEngage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in campaign optimization and performance tracking.

Excellent communication skills.
