As a Digital Marketing Executive for AirAsia MOVE, you will manage end-to-end customer engagement initiatives and multi-channel CRM campaigns. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, launch, and monitor campaigns while understanding local market behaviors. Responsibilities include executing CRM campaigns for various Lines of Business, performing A/B testing, tracking performance, and providing data-driven insights to optimize day-to-day operations and reporting.
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years in CRM or digital marketing roles.
Previous experience managing campaigns on platforms like CleverTap, Emarsys, or MoEngage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
Ability to generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse well with others.
