The Executive, HR Operations will support the HR Business Partner in implementing and monitoring performance management systems while handling administrative tasks related to recruitment. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly recruitment and staffing reports, conducting comprehensive background screenings, and maintaining the integrity of HRIS data. The role involves managing employee personal files, preparing onboarding documents, and handling recruitment-related payments and correspondence.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level role.

Well versed in Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Meticulous, neat, and detail-oriented with high organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
