The Executive, HR Operations is responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner in implementing and monitoring performance management systems. This role plays a crucial part in the recruitment process and ensures the integrity of HR data management.

In this role, you will engage in various HR operational tasks, including recruitment and performance management. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Business Partner in implementing performance management systems.
- Prepare monthly recruitment and staffing reports.
- Conduct comprehensive background screenings for potential hires.
- Maintain the integrity of HRIS data.
- Manage employee personal files and prepare onboarding documents.
- Handle recruitment-related payments and correspondence.
- Assist in various administrative tasks related to HR operations.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
