Role Summary
The Executive, L&D Shared Service (Central 1) is responsible for administering and managing training initiatives within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with HR Business Partners and external training bodies to enhance employee development and compliance.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing training registrations and maintaining accurate training records. You will oversee the annual training calendar and ensure compliance with HRD Corp claims, all while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer training registrations and maintain accurate training records.
- Oversee the annual training calendar to ensure timely execution of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with HRD Corp claims and related documentation.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to identify training needs.
- Collaborate with external training bodies to facilitate training sessions.
- Manage communication with stakeholders regarding training initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRDC processes is a plus.
