The Training Shared Service Executive will administer and manage training, coordinating with HR Business Partners and external training bodies. Responsibilities include managing training registrations, maintaining accurate training records, overseeing the annual training calendar, and ensuring compliance with HRD Corp claims. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and processes
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with HRDC processes is a plus
Proactive and detail-oriented
