As a Live Chat Executive, you will engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their experience with our brand. You will work in a dynamic environment that demands quick thinking and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Diploma / Degree in any field.
2 years and above proven experience in providing customer support across multiple digital channels.
Business proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willing and able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
