The Executive, Occupational Safety & Health is responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant workplace environment. This role involves conducting inspections, participating in investigations, and supporting safety initiatives within the organization.
Job Description
In this internship position, you will engage in daily activities that include conducting workplace inspections and assisting in safety documentation. You will work closely with safety committees and contribute to maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes.
- Maintain and organize safety documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support to safety committees.
- Assist in producing detailed inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of safety.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
OSH Coordinator Certification is an advantage.
1-2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of OSH legislations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Critical thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel.
