The Executive, Referral Business Centre is responsible for managing and resolving queries and orders from various healthcare professionals and clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient communication and high standards of customer service across Malaysia's healthcare landscape.

In this role, you will engage with specialists, doctors, and General Practitioners (GPs) to address their inquiries and manage orders effectively. You will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries from specialists and doctors
• Handle orders and requests from General Practitioners (GPs)
• Trace and follow up on existing orders from medical labs and hospitals
• Provide high-quality customer service
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Accurately log all queries and orders in the system
• Troubleshoot issues related to test orders and services
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
