Role Summary
The Executive, Rewards Management is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of reward programs within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of compensation data while collaborating with various teams to enhance reward structures.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of Rewards Management to implement and manage various reward programs, including salary structures and incentive plans. You will also collaborate with the HR Digital team to ensure the accurate configuration of rewards-related modules in Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in implementing reward programs
- Collaborate with the HR Digital team for system configuration
- Maintain data integrity of compensation elements
- Prepare data inputs for salary reviews and benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in job grading structures
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues
- Generate reports for reward analysis
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in rewards management or compensation analysis
Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
