Role Summary
The Executive/Senior Executive in Project Management will oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and effective management of project documentation.
Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on project professional to manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery meets targets for time, cost and quality. You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams to resolve technical matters, secure approvals, and maintain proper project documentation to support smooth and compliant project execution.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Science, or equivalent.
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy.
Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to travel as and when required by the team.
