Job Description

The Executive, Student Recruitment Engagement & System Support (EO) plays a vital role in supporting recruitment engagement activities and maintaining system-related processes and data accuracy. This position focuses on optimizing workflows, providing system support to counselors, and contributing to student recruitment initiatives and events, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance the prospect and student experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Requirements

Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a degree preferred.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, student recruitment, or CRM/system support roles, with fresh graduates with strong organizational skills encouraged to apply.

Strong selling and counseling capabilities.

Experience with digital and telesales management and processes.

Familiarity with sales tools, processes, and technologies.

Knowledge of higher education products, customer profiling, and competitor profiling.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Knowledge and skills in using computer software such as Microsoft applications and Salesforce.

Strong attitude, motivation, and passion related to higher education.

Data-driven and analytical in planning and decision-making.

Excellent presentation, communication, and people management skills including inclusive counseling skills.

Ability to work as a team player across levels in complex organizations.

Conflict management skills to handle conflicts sensibly and efficiently.

Willingness to work beyond normal hours and weekends when required.

Possession of own transportation.
