
The Executive, Student Recruitment Engagement & System Support (EO) is responsible for supporting recruitment engagement activities and maintaining system-related processes and data accuracy. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing workflows and enhancing the student recruitment experience through collaboration with various stakeholders.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve providing system support to counselors and contributing to student recruitment initiatives and events. You will work closely with different teams to ensure a seamless recruitment journey for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, student recruitment, or CRM/system support roles; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong selling and counseling capabilities.
Knowledge of higher education products and customer profiling.
Familiarity with sales tools, processes, and technologies.
Strong attitude, motivation, and passion related to higher education.
