Role Summary
The Executive - Supply Planning is responsible for planning customer demand according to product requirements. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient production schedules and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily planning activities that align customer demands with production capabilities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate data management and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan customer demand based on product requirements.
- Derive monthly production schedules for dipping plants.
- Commit to reasonable estimated time of delivery (ETD) for customer demands.
- Handle sales orders in the AX system.
- Provide ETD for customer inquiries.
- Input daily production output accurately into product spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in supply chain or production planning.
Familiarity with AX system or similar ERP software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
