
The Assistant Manager-Shipping is responsible for overseeing import and export operational control and documentation to meet organizational goals. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely shipment of customer sales orders while leading the shipping team to deliver efficient customer service.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day shipping operations, ensuring compliance with documentation and organizational standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor Degree in SCM Logistics Management, Business, Operation Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years management experience in warehouse operations.
Knowledge of customer service management principles.
Experience in shipping and transportation operations.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
