Role Summary
The role involves leading Business Intelligence efforts within the IT department by developing and deploying BI applications. The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams to support business reporting and IT systems.
Job Description
The role is responsible for the development and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) applications, combining advanced SQL report writing with analytic skills to support business reporting needs. The person manages and fulfills management's expectations, working effectively with internal IT teams and external parties to ensure seamless IT support involving both software and hardware.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or its equivalent in related IT field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Experience in designing and authoring reports/dashboards using Microsoft BI stack (SSIS/SSRS/Power BI) or other current reporting tools is required.
Proficient in Excel SSAS or other analytics tools.
Experience with data analytics and BI concepts.
Experience with Power BI Desktop.
Experience using T-SQL/ SQL.
Data profiling and troubleshooting skills.
Strong quantitative and analytic skills.
Experience with systems development lifecycle, scrum, agile etc.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate technical ideas effectively.
Experience with prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting.
