As an Experienced Associate - HCM Business Analyst at PwC, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will assess and enhance HR systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems.
At least 1 year of experience in HCM implementation, specifically with Oracle HCM.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
