Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems
At least 1 year of experience in HCM implementation, specifically with Oracle HCM
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as APIs and middleware
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of database management systems and data mapping techniques
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
