Job Description
As an Experienced Associate - HCM Business Analyst at PwC, you will play a crucial role in guiding organizations through their HR transformation journeys. You will assess current HR and payroll systems, collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather integration requirements, and design data mapping to ensure accurate data transfer. Your responsibilities will include developing and testing integration workflows, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes. You will also engage with end-users to provide support and training, ensuring that solutions meet business needs effectively.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR systems
At least 1 year of experience in HCM implementation, specifically with Oracle HCM
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as APIs and middleware
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of database management systems and data mapping techniques
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
