As an Experienced Associate - HCM Functional Consultant, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve working closely with clients and internal teams to enhance HR functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR and payroll system integration.
At least 1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role.
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
