As an Experienced Associate - HCM Functional Consultant, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve working closely with clients and internal teams to enhance HR functionalities. You will be part of a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation in HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current HR and payroll systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to gather integration requirements for Oracle HCM.
- Design data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product.
- Develop and test integration workflows to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor processes for data integrity and troubleshoot any issues.
- Document integration processes for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends to provide effective solutions for clients.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a System Integrator or similar role in enterprise HR and payroll system integration.
At least 1 year of experience in an HCM implementation role.
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
