
The Experienced Associate HR System Support and Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional service related to HR systems. This role involves managing client onboarding and coordinating with the IT team to facilitate effective project management.
In this position, you will engage with clients daily, providing support and guidance on HR systems while collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of HR data. *Key Responsibilities:* - Understand customer needs and provide tailored support. - Manage post-sales client onboarding processes. - Coordinate with the IT team for effective project management. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients. - Provide expert guidance on HR systems and services. - Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently. - Document client feedback and manage project timelines. - Oversee data migration processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or project coordination.
Strong understanding of HR systems and services preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
