
The F&B and Event Service Expert (F&B Captain) is responsible for creating a memorable and unique guest experience. This role involves a variety of tasks that enhance guest satisfaction and ensure a high standard of service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage with guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year related work experience.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
