
The F&B and Event Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for guests at events and banquets. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness while fostering positive interactions with guests and team members.
In this role, you will engage in various service functions, including setting tables, serving guests, and ensuring a clean and safe environment during events. You will work closely with the kitchen and your team to provide a seamless experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or event service.
Ability to follow company and safety policies and procedures consistently.
Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
Possess clear and professional communication skills.
