
The F&B Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives for dining experiences at Genting Malaysia. This role requires strategic planning and collaboration with various departments to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.
As an F&B Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute annual marketing plans for dining promotions and brand activations. You will manage brand identity for various outlets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee marketing collateral creation, and drive seasonal promotions. Your role includes evaluating campaign performance and managing the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns, brand activations, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hospitality or multi-outlet F&B operations is highly advantageous.
