
The F&B Services Supervisor (Events) is responsible for ensuring staff collaboration to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to food and beverage services for events, ensuring that all staff are aligned in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage various aspects of service, from staff grooming to dining area inspections, while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
