The F&B Services Supervisor (Events) is responsible for ensuring staff collaboration to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. This role involves supervising grooming and attire, managing opening and closing duties, inspecting storage and dining areas for organization and cleanliness, conducting inventories, and overseeing seating and service in dining rooms. The supervisor supports management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching, while maintaining compliance with safety and security policies. The role requires physical ability to move, lift, and inspect equipment and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving through confined or elevated spaces.
Attention to detail in inspecting tools, equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and order.
