Role Summary

The F&B Services Supervisor (Events) is responsible for ensuring staff collaboration to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to food and beverage services for events, ensuring that all staff are aligned in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage various aspects of service, from staff grooming to dining area inspections, while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to ensure optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage grooming and attire standards for all team members.
  • Oversee opening and closing duties for dining areas.
  • Inspect storage and dining areas for organization and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inventories of supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee seating arrangements and service flow in dining rooms.
  • Support management in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Coach employees to enhance performance and compliance with safety policies.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 2 years of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.

Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures.

Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
