This role is integral to the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operations of assets and assisting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

Job Description

The Facilities Intern at CBRE engages in day-to-day operations that include routine maintenance, minor repairs, and inspections within a collaborative team environment. The intern will also assist with documentation, safety compliance, and various projects such as renovations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients, vendors, and contractors in completing facility tasks.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Technician.

Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.

Fast learner.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Simple math skills including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
