The Facilities Intern at CBRE supports clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure completion of facility tasks and work orders. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on operations of assets and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. The intern assists with routine maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, documentation, safety compliance, and various projects including renovations and upgrades. They learn to operate equipment, troubleshoot system problems, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively within the facilities team.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Technician.
Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
Fast learner.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Simple math skills including ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
