The Finance Executive (Accounts Receivables) is responsible for managing accounts receivables and collections. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of the organization by maintaining accurate records and supporting financial operations.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily financial activities, including issuing invoices and managing cash duties within a collaborative environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely collections and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices and credit notes for services rendered.
  • Manage billing for facilities and intercompany transactions.
  • Perform daily cash duties and data entry into relevant systems.
  • Monitor bank statements and reconcile accounts receivable records.
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Degree or Diploma qualification in Accounting.

At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledge of accounts receivables and general accounting procedures.

Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
