Role Summary
The Finance Executive - Claims is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of claims in accordance with company policies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve processing claims and addressing stakeholder queries in a dynamic work environment. You will also be involved in identifying process improvements and participating in new developments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of claims in compliance with company policies.
- Achieve KPIs related to claims processing.
- Maintain and update monthly reports on claims.
- Address queries from stakeholders regarding claims.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in new developments related to claims management.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required by the finance team.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
Experience in Claims or Accounts Payable is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.
