The Finance Executive is responsible for managing financial operations and reporting within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial analysis and maintaining the financial health of the company.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily financial activities, including preparing management accounts and reports. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports, including variance analyses with commentaries.
- Conduct financial analysis and budgeting to support decision-making.
- Project cash flow and manage working capital requirements effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of debtor and creditor invoices.
- Analyze aging reports to manage receivables and payables.
- Manage petty cash and handle daily banking transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Financial/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
Required to have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
MIA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Experience in the estate/plantation business is an added advantage.
