
The Human Resource & Administration Senior Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of Human Resource functions within the company. This role significantly impacts the organization by developing HR strategies aligned with company objectives and managing the entire employee lifecycle.
In this role, the Senior Executive will engage in various HR functions, including payroll management, recruitment oversight, and employee relations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with department managers and a focus on compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 3 years' experience as an HR practitioner or in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
