The Finance Executive is responsible for managing the accounts payable process and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

In this role, you will independently handle the accounts payable process, including invoice verification and payment scheduling, while working closely with the Senior Finance Manager. You will also engage in budget coordination and assist in digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• Process staff claims and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Senior Finance Manager in developing SOPs to improve internal controls.
• Coordinate and analyze budgets to support financial planning.
• Support digital transformation initiatives using QuickBooks Online.
• Provide administrative support, including document signings and maintaining financial records.
