Job Description
The Finance Intern will work at CBRE KL BSO in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, engaging in various financial activities and gaining practical experience. The intern will collaborate closely with the finance team to assist in daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow the Platform Controllership department to learn financial processes.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Payable tasks to ensure timely processing.
- Prepare monthly journals to support financial reporting.
- Complete monthly closing activities to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to develop financial knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
Recent graduate or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Completion of introductory accounting courses with a basic understanding of financial principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel.
Availability for an internship duration of at least 6 months.
