As a Financial Controller, you will lead the full cycle of financial reporting and close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide strategic insights for business decisions. The role involves managing external audits, strengthening internal controls, and mentoring the accounting team to drive process efficiency and professional growth within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and proficiency in financial software.
Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
