In this role, the Financial Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and compliance. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various departments to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct financial activities to ensure stability.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis processes.
- Manage financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Control cash flow and assess financial risks.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Provide strategic and managerial support to senior management.
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA are preferred.
Typically 3–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting standards (IFRS).
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle).
Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.
