Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site project activities. This role requires strong leadership and construction knowledge to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Job Description
The Project Manager will engage in day-to-day oversight of project activities, coordinating teams, contractors, and suppliers in a dynamic construction environment. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with teams, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site management; project manager experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, and site operations.
Good command of English and Chinese preferred.
Familiar with safety regulations and site documentation.
Possess a valid driving license preferred.
