The role is for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The position requires leadership skills, construction knowledge, and coordination of teams and contractors on-site.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site project activities. The role requires strong leadership skills, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site management; project manager experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, and site operations.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Good command of English and Chinese preferred.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
Familiar with safety regulations and site documentation.
Able to work full-time on construction sites.
Possess a valid driving license preferred.
