The Site Supervisor will engage in daily oversight of construction activities, utilizing construction drawings as guidance. This position requires effective management of workers and subcontractors, along with regular monitoring of project progress and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange work schedules.
- Check work quality to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor project progress on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports related to information requests or deviations from standards.
- Manage workers effectively to maintain productivity.
- Foster good relationships with clients and consultants.
Job Requirements
Possess a minimum Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in construction.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
CIDB Green Card holder.
