Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and managing driver schedules and GPS tracking to ensure efficient fleet operations for the retail network.
As a Fleet Assistant at ECO-Shop Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing store inventory and coordinating essential maintenance tasks. You will manage waste disposal schedules, monitor GPS data for vehicle idling and speeding, and coordinate driver schedules to optimize delivery routes. Additionally, you will prepare weekly reports and ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained through regular inspections and timely replenishment to support retail operations.
Minimum Diploma in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to coordinate and track maintenance jobs and waste disposal.
Experience in managing driver schedules and route optimization.
Competent in monitoring GPS systems for fleet safety and efficiency.
Capable of performing daily inventory checks and replenishment.
Ability to commute or relocate to Jementah before starting.
