Job Description
As a Fleet Assistant at ECO-Shop Marketing, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing inventory and coordinating maintenance for the fleet. You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are key to ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store inventory management and maintenance coordination.
- Manage waste disposal schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor GPS data for vehicle idling and speeding to enhance fleet safety.
- Coordinate driver schedules to optimize delivery routes and reduce delays.
- Prepare weekly reports on fleet performance and inventory status.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Facilitate timely replenishment of inventory to support retail operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in managing driver schedules and route optimization.
Competent in monitoring GPS systems for fleet safety and efficiency.
Ability to commute or relocate to Jementah before starting.
