The Fleet Executive is responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that logistics operations run smoothly by maintaining optimal vehicle performance.

Job Description

As a Fleet Executive at ECO-Shop Marketing, you will engage in daily coordination with in-house technicians to manage vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will oversee maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are ready for logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet.
  • Schedule PUSPAKOM inspections and resolve vehicle issues promptly.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
  • Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Ensure all lorries and diesel engines are functioning optimally.
  • Collaborate with technicians to address and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

2–3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet management.

Knowledge of lorry components, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.

Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work.

Ability to supervise, train, and guide maintenance staff effectively.
