Job Description
As a Fleet Executive at ECO-Shop Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet. You will work closely with in-house technicians to schedule PUSPAKOM inspections and resolve vehicle issues promptly. Your role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, and ensuring all lorries and diesel engines are functioning optimally to support logistics operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or fleet management.
Knowledge of lorry components, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work.
Ability to supervise, train, and guide maintenance staff effectively.
Experience coordinating PUSPAKOM and other required inspections.
