The Flight Dispatcher role involves planning and monitoring company flights to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This includes flight planning, analyzing weather and NOTAMs, coordinating with flight crews and air traffic control, and managing operational disruptions to maintain schedule integrity within safety and cost constraints.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Airline Operations, Airport Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.

Must hold or have attended an Initial Flight Dispatch Course or possess a Flight Dispatch License.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an airline, airport, or ground handling operational environment preferred.

Knowledge of crew, schedule, and engineering limitations and their operational impacts.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Familiarity with Navtech systems is an advantage.

Comfortable working in a complex technical and dynamic environment.

Must be willing and able to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
