Job Description
The Fluid Solids Process Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that include process modeling, troubleshooting, and equipment design within a dynamic team environment. The role requires close collaboration with manufacturing sites to ensure optimal performance and support for capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) and Fluid Coking (FLK) processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to troubleshoot and optimize operations.
- Contribute to process modeling and equipment design initiatives.
- Support capital projects and turnaround activities.
- Maintain and enhance FCC or FLK modeling tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with multicultural teams to drive project success.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or refining industry.
Minimum 5 years of specialization in fluid solids processes such as FCC and/or FLK.
Proficiency in process simulation software like Aspen, Pro-II, and KBC Petro-SIM.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
