Role Summary
The Fluid Solids Static Equipment Engineer is responsible for providing mechanical engineering expertise in the design and maintenance of equipment used in Fluid Catalytic Cracking and other Fluid Solids processes. This role supports global petrochemical facilities and requires collaboration within dynamic, diverse teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the design, fabrication, installation, analysis, and maintenance of static equipment for various fluid solids processes. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact petrochemical operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical engineering expertise in the design and maintenance of fluid solids equipment.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to support global petrochemical facilities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot operations and maintenance issues.
- Engage with equipment suppliers and fabricators to ensure quality delivery.
- Perform engineering design and surveillance for fluid solids equipment projects.
- Lead the assessment of complex static equipment in high-temperature environments.
- Ensure compliance with equipment fabrication and inspection standards.
Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of petrochemical experience.
At least three years of experience in FCC / FLK / FXK.
Strong knowledge of static equipment design and analysis.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
