The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and drink services in the outlets located in Melaka and Johor. This role includes managing staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining high service quality. The manager will also handle budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking to optimize operations. Additionally, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration are essential for achieving business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in Chinese or Dim Sum restaurant operations (non-halal) is highly preferred with 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of SOPs, kitchen workflows, and traditional Chinese dining service.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance tracking.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
