Role Summary
The Food And Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and drink services in the outlets. This role significantly impacts the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Melaka and Johor locations.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensuring high service quality and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for budgeting and performance tracking to optimize the outlets' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets.
- Manage and train staff to ensure high service standards.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Monitor budgeting and cost control measures.

Job Requirements
Prior experience in Chinese or Dim Sum restaurant operations (non-halal) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of SOPs and kitchen workflows.
Knowledge of budgeting and cost control in a restaurant setting.
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
