As an Outlet Manager, you will oversee daily operations in either Melaka or Johor, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staff, optimize kitchen workflows, and maintain high standards of food quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking to enhance the restaurant's profitability. Your leadership will foster a collaborative team atmosphere, promoting career growth and development among staff while ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.
Prior experience in Chinese or Dim Sum restaurant operations (non-halal) is highly preferred with 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of SOPs, kitchen workflows, and traditional Chinese dining service.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance tracking.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
