This role involves inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining areas, managing inventory and stock, and assisting in hiring and training. The supervisor also maintains safety and security compliance, supports team goals, and ensures quality standards are met while performing various physical and administrative tasks.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and ensure professional appearance and conduct.
Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving through various spaces.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and address employee concerns.
