The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensures that staff work cohesively as a team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs. This role involves inspecting staff grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, managing inventory and supplies, monitoring dining room operations, and overseeing maintenance requests. The supervisor assists management in employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching to maintain a high standard of service quality and organizational efficiency. They ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and maintain professional appearance while fostering positive relationships among staff and guests.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and support common goals.
Strong communication skills using clear and professional language.
Capability to physically stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to perform fine motor skills requiring hand-eye coordination.
Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces, including stairs and ramps.
Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
