Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the F&B industry
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Proficient in managing inventory and stock control
