
The Food & Beverage Service Attendant is responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage with guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to meet guests' needs and uphold service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Commitment to follow all company and safety procedures.
Ability to welcome and acknowledge guests and anticipate their service needs.
