Job Description
In this role, you will engage with guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to meet guests' needs and uphold service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu-related questions and order status.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system.
- Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties.
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Commitment to follow all company and safety procedures.
Ability to welcome and acknowledge guests and anticipate their service needs.
