The Food & Beverage Service Attendant is responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while setting tables according to event type and service standards. The role involves communicating with the kitchen about menu-related questions, guests' dietary needs, and order status, as well as recording transactions in the MICROS system. The attendant ensures guest satisfaction by checking in during service, maintains cleanliness of work areas, and completes closing duties. They follow company safety policies, maintain a professional appearance, greet guests according to company standards, and support team goals while upholding quality expectations and standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and objects over 50 pounds with assistance.
Capability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to perform various physical movements including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and moving over uneven surfaces.
Commitment to follow all company and safety procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Ability to welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and support team efforts.
